We are currently looking for a senior-level Oracle CX cloud Architect to join our team in Ft.Lauderdale, FL / Santa Clara, CA location, responsible for leading and implementing strategic goals that involve Oracle CX products (CX Sales, Service and Marketing). The Oracle CX cloud Architect role plans, designs, develops systems and/or applications in cross functional environments that include Oracle CX, Big Machines CPQ, Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, and Financials, provide technical consultation to managers, architects, and team leads on broad, complex problems which require strong theoretical and practical experience in technical fields; interfaces with cross-group teams, and contributes to organizational objectives directly affecting product technical direction Duties & Responsibilities * Technical and Functional leader in driving design , development of strategic initiatives by applying deep technical expertise in subject area and broad knowledge of landscape*Participate with IT leaders in early stages of multiple initiatives; analyze requirements, and write design specifications for a variety of complex projects; contributes to product technical direction, strategy.* Will serve as a consultant to teams for various research, design, and development activities bringing technical expertise in Oracle CX/CRM cloud applications.* Actively supports and enforces and recommends enhancements to the SDLC standards and processes* Provides principal technical guidance and leadership across multiple projects including implementation strategy, architecture evolution and quality; leads others in prioritizing and resolving issues and improving productivity and velocity to improve future results; mentors experienced staff members Qualifications / Requirements * Expert knowledge with Agile development methodology, continuous integration and tools (JIRA etc.) used to achieve the same* Demonstrated ability to work on large diverse projects simultaneously, requiring detailed analysis, creative/practical problem solving, time management, and sound judgment* Ability to work independently and as part of a team while operating effectively in a collaborative environment * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience* 12+ years relevant experience is required *5+ project implementations that utilizes Oracle CX/CRM and CPQ, SM functionality . Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and design. .Strong Knowledge on release updates, user management, CPQ solutions and audit controls . Functional knowledge on CRM concepts, sales & services cloud, communities . Automation, scripting experience is a plus . Strong knowledge of integration practices, user management, and CPQ solutions, including pricing, product configuration, and proposal development Experience withother CRM applications such as MSFT Dynamics, Salesforce and ERP systems (Oracle ERP Cloud) is a plus. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $197,340-$246,675 CA generally ranges; $205,920-$257,400 All other locations fall under our General State range; $171,600-$214,500 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work.
