Aerospace Material Sourcing Analyst ! Reporting directly to the Aerospace Procurement Sourcing Manager, you'll help support strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize material procurement processes, and ensure seamless supply chain efficiency. This hybrid position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will drive impactful results for our aerospace operations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct RFQ sourcing activities and support implementation for tail spend items according to project leadsManage pricing, sourcing, and setup for aerospace ASC/CMS products, ensuring accuracy and data integrityCollaborate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and optimal lead times, fostering favorable supplier relationshipsSelect and evaluate suppliers to meet customer requirements, ensuring a secure and value-driven supply chainProcess and manage new part requests within HMM, maintaining accurate part master records for new implementationsSupport business continuity by identifying and developing alternate sources during supply chain changesUtilize various software tools, including QAD, Oracle, and ePro, to execute competitive bids and sourcing strategiesMaintain compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements for global material sourcingParticipate in corporate projects and teams, contributing to broader organizational goalsApply data analytics and project management skills to improve sourcing efficiencies and meet KPIs for RFQ completion and deadline attainmentQualificationsTwo (2) years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing within a corporate environment preferredProficiency in data analytics and intermediate skills in ExcelFamiliarity with supply chain management software (QAD, Oracle, ePro) and global import/export complianceStrong project management and communication abilitiesAerospace or chemicals sourcing experience a plusMust be a U.S. Citizen#LI-OnsitePPGs loneintervall och formaner kan variera beroende pa marknad, vilket gor att vi kan kompensera anstallda konkurrenskraftigt pa olika geografiska marknader.
