The Project Controls Analyst is responsible for collaborating with the project team to execute project control functions and increases the visibility of project schedule, cost, performance and risks. Provides formal and as hoc analyses of project data to the project management staff to support the decision-making process and achievement of project goals. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, and have knowledge of cost drivers in the construction industry.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Finance/Accounting
or
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 4 years of related experience
Travel: 5-10%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand execution strategies and the relationships between cost, schedule and risk.Maintains project cost reporting and cash flow.Prepares monthly and quarterly reporting.Provides analyses of quantity and labor tracking results.Prepares invoice backup/Schedule of Values.Assists in the risk management process.Facilitates project planning sessions.Develops fragnets and resource loading.Prepares critical path and float analyses.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
