This role offers the opportunity to work on complex renewable energy project financing transactions for industry-leading clients.Duties:Advise clients on renewable energy project financing transactions.Collaborate with a team to create innovative structures that mitigate risk and foster business opportunities.Represent clients throughout the project lifecycle, including development, construction, operation, finance, and acquisition.Effectively communicate and work within a deadline-driven environment.Requirements:3-5 years of M&A experience, preferably in the renewables or electric power sector.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong academic credentials.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (D.C.).Skills:In-depth knowledge of M&A processes, particularly in renewable energy.Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
