Involved in projects involving building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, wall systems, and fenestration.Perform detailed condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis to identify root causes and develop effective remediation strategies.Design and oversee testing programs to evaluate building envelope performance, providing actionable recommendations.Develop comprehensive construction documents, specifications, and construction administration services for building envelope systems.Serve as an expert witness in legal proceedings related to building envelope systems.Cultivate and maintain client relationships, leveraging networking and marketing efforts to identify new business opportunities.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and actively participate in industry organizations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in building envelope consulting or a related field (preferred).Deep knowledge of building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, wall systems, and fenestration.Proven experience in conducting condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis.Strong background in developing and implementing building envelope testing programs.Proficiency in building envelope system design, construction documents, specifications, and construction administration.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.Professional licensure (PE, RA, or IIBEC credential) preferred. /In the process of acquiring e.g (E.I.T)Experience with expert witness testimony is a plus.Unlock a rewarding career with our competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience), comprehensive benefits package, and numerous employee perks.Enjoy a supportive work environment that values professional growth, continuing education reimbursement, and recognition for your contributions.
