Minimum of 2 years of experience in transactional franchise law.Proficiency in U.S. franchise regulations and compliance.Admission to practice law in California, or eligibility for admission via waiver.Strong analytical, drafting, and writing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.Skills:
Excellent organizational and drafting skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills for client relations and teamwork.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.Client-centered approach with a focus on providing strategic counsel.
