Mid-level Associate Attorney - Tax

A law firm seeks a highly skilled midlevel associate to join their Tax practice in Palo Alto, California. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm setting, focusing on the tax aspects of various transactions.
