Leads all activities related to the staffing and operation of a deskside support teamPlans, prioritizes, and schedules deskside support activities to ensure continuity of serviceLeads, directs, evaluates, and develops deskside staff to ensure that users receive proficient and timely serviceAnalyzes deskside support inquiries to identify recurring problems, recommend solutions, and identify areas where deskside service can be improvedEnsure that deskside support staff use and maintain problem management databases or other help desk software so that deskside support activities and performance can be supervisedDevelop problem-solving guidelines, checklists, or other materials to assist deskside support staff in responding to user problems that are recurring or routineEvaluates Deskside Support Systems and Processes for efficiencies and recommend improvements, as neededTake care of intensified inquiries from the deskside support team membersManages one or more small to medium-sized teams consisting of a few disciplines.Perform annual/semiannual performance reviewsAddress's deskside support technicians when technicians are raised by customerSalary and Other Compensation:
