Job Summary The Administrative Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Office of Community Health and Inclusive Excellence. This role is essential in facilitating the office's operations, enhancing communication, and supporting community outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to promoting health equity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Essential Functions Administrative Support: Manage the daily operations of the office, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence. Maintain office files, records, and databases, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the development and distribution of materials related to community health initiatives and programs. (Include flyers and other creative communications) Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and community events, including logistics, venue selection, and participant communication. Support the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders. Project Assistance: Assist in the implementation of community health projects and initiatives, including data collection and analysis. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for community engagement and health promotion. Other duties as Assigned Required Qualifications Minimum of High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2-4 years of Executive level assistance; preferably in a health or community-based organization. Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management/ list serves. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Typically sitting at a desk/table. Typically standing, walking. Typically bending, crouching, stooping. Lifting demands 25lbs. Location University City - Philadelphia, PA Additional Information This is a Full time Temporary position classified as non-exempt.
