Job Overview
The Associate Product Manager is responsible to assist with the industrial product team, work with the product management on marketing, sales and product lines plans to meet AOP financial objectives. Help with Identifying product extensions, changes and improvements for existing products, provide assistance with innovation, definitions, development and introduction of new product launches. This position will interface with all disciplines within the organization. The individual must be highly analytical, organized, tactically oriented and have excellent communication and have independent multitasking skills.
A Day In The Life
Provide assistance to industrial product management.
Assist product management, engineering, operations and HEM with NPD, NPX and PMR’s to drive sales and market share.
Support the team launch and marketing plans, product development, program management, capacity forecasts and financial analytics.
Maintains close working relationships with all levels of sales and customers to identify new opportunities to grow product lines.
Work with product management to develop reports through BI sales, product mix and field reports.
Works with the team to assist in marketing activities such as: trade shows, website updates, PIM data, literature, case studies, videos and sales components.
Has experience in making presentations to all levels successfully communicating technology, complex applications and business cases
Supports sales efforts by participating in training events, trade shows, market development, customer presentations.

Bachelor Degree with 3 years experience or equivalent work experience of 5 years or more
Ability to communicate at all levels
Desire to learn and grow within the organization.
Technical product aptitude
Proficient with Microsoft Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, BI
