We inspire and enable our teams and the world to Live Más.About the Job:Taco Bell’s Global concept design team creates innovative spaces that reflect our brand’s identity and connect with our customers. As part of A&D Concepts’ team, the graphic designer will play a key role in helping develop high-quality visual assets that would enhance the brand and elevate the restaurant experience. This role requires a multi-disciplined designer, preferably with experience in environmental design, who can effectively collaborate with concept designers, clients, vendors, and various internal departments throughout design development and project execution. The Concept’s graphic designer will report to the Global concepts director.The Day-to-Day:Design and integration of interior wayfinding environments mapping out the customer journey from the site through interior touchpoints.Design of interior graphics, murals, and regionalized micro-architectural experiences.Vendor management of artwork and interior signage production.Creation of department presentation decks and templates via Microsoft PowerPoint; Production of 3D architectural models and AutoCAD plans/elevations/details as required for studies and presentations.Application of various graphic design knowledge to Domestic and International projects through the creation of guides, system templates, etc.Responsible for quarterly trend sourcing of industry news, innovations, and changes which is presented to Executive Leadership quarterly.Is This You?BA or BS in Architecture or Interior Design required. Minor or other degree/certification in Graphic Design a plus.4+ years of experience dedicated to environmental wayfinding and architectural renderings.Required experience in the following tools: All Adobe platforms, Microsoft PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Sketchup including rendering plug-ins.Experience working on multi-disciplinary teams and managing collaborations with clients, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Work-Hard, Play-Hard:Hybrid work schedule and year-round flex day Friday.Onsite childcare through Bright Horizons.Onsite dining center and game room (yes, there is a Taco Bell inside the building).Onsite dry cleaning, laundry services, carwash.Onsite gym with fitness classes and personal trainer sessions.Up to 4 weeks of vacation per year plus holidays and time off for volunteering.Generous parental leave for all new parents and adoption assistance program.401(k) with a 6% matching contribution from Yum!
