Systems AdministratorThis position requires an active Secret clearance.The Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting the client's GeoBase operations by interacting developing detailed requirements and specifications for proposed systems enhancements for business process tools.Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Starting Salary Range for

Systems Administrator : $95,000-102,000Pay commensurate with experience.Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Systems Administrator Responsibilities Include:Identify and gather requirements for areas where business processes can be improved through automation.Interact actively with the various program managers and the client's team of developers for developing detailed requirements and specifications for proposed systems enhancements for business process tools and interacting with the Program Manager at each stage of the project lifecycle.Document business process steps and fine tune for accuracy.Identify internal control vulnerabilities, weaknesses, bottlenecks, technology gaps, or other areas of concern.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Systems Administrator Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:B.A. degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience5 years of experience with the use and administration of Windows based servers3 years of experience working with MS Active Directory and/or LDAP directory servicesCompTIA's Security+ certificationExperience with the USAF GeoBase ProgramUtilizing and applying computer software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to successfully pass a drug screen and federal background checkExperience with backup and recovery procedures for enterprise systemsExperience with Oracle or similar enterprise RDBMSUnderstanding of web administrationExcellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with web mapping applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSSExperience troubleshooting desktop, web, database, server problemsExperience with the USAF GeoBase ProgramKnowledge of Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment (SDSFIE)Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
