Lead Technical Solutions ConsultantUse your recognized subject matter expertise to drive growth in the Midstream and Upstream Oil & Gas segments in Americas pole influencing customers toward Honeywell solutions. As Lead Technical Solutions Consultant you will provide both external and internal consultations and will help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support, and training. You will drive cross-functional alignment to customer needs. You will participate in pursuit strategy planning and customer negotiations. You may consult prospective users on product capability. You may provide valuable input for product development.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport pre-sales activities together with sales team in front of customers to define the best technical solution for customers in the Midstream and Upstream Oil & Gas segmentsSupport site walks to collect information and data for customers to propose the best solutionTechnical presentations about Honeywell portfolio to new customers and support BD activities in Americas PoleOrganize training campaigns about Honeywell offering for new employeesDemonstrations for customers about Midstream and Upstream solutions across the pole as well as virtually.Cross collaboration with Product Managers for enhancement of the offering and sharing customer feedback for features demanded in the marketProvide technical support for proposals and coordinate engineering support to optimize labor in pursuitsHelp to identify opportunities with new and existing customers
YOU MUST HAVE+10 years of experience in automation solutions and related verticals (Midstream & Upstream)Strong customer-facing skillsIn-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products, and technologies+5 years of experience in Oil & Gas segments
WE VALUEBachelor's DegreeDemonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationshipsExperience in technical writing and preparation of proposalsStrong verbal and written communication skillsSpanish, Portuguese, and French skillsMaster's degreeFamiliarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandatesAbility to achieve results through influence in a matrixed-team environmentAbility to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers
