Genesis10 is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ, Charlotte, NC, and Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Support daily routines related to managing the B&LPT Data Quality scores, answer questions from the B&LPT Portfolio via our mailbox, and daily reporting to identify evidence packages approaching or at their due date for submission to GCP AR, the Global Change Policy Artifact Repository.Responsible for reviewing and evaluating various documentation to ensure it adheres to the change management policy and standards.Gather information, review documentation, evaluate results, and follow up with change practitioner to adjust and correct when needed.Will be trained on the standards and will be expected to follow a quality assurance script end to end.Work with the change practitioner to remediate issues as they arise.When not certain if documentation meets the standard, escalate to a subject matter expert for decisioning.Communicate across and up the organization.Work independently and is not afraid to reach out for assistance from a subject matter expert.
Requirements:
Detail oriented.Data quality and accuracy mindset.Comfortable with a repeated process.Challenging and escalating when not sure if documentation is in good order.Good communication skills especially written.Decisioning and escalation to appropriate subject matter expert when needed.Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and cut off times (SLA's).Time management skills.Willingness to be flexible with schedule as escalation cases sometimes require more focus.
Desired skills:
Technology background.Change management experience at Client or at a financial institution.
