In this role, you will manage a team of consultants and lead engagements focused on developing and implementing innovative and data-driven solutions that enable future-forward procurement capabilities - including procurement operating efficiency, strategic cost management, and proactive supplier management. This role will have accountability for client delivery, business development, and practice development.Primary areas of focus and knowledge in one or more of the following:Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Expertise (Direct & Indirect)Strategic cost managementS2P Business Process ImprovementSource-to-Make, Procure-to-PayProactive Supplier Management/Score carding/Program ImplementationMultifaceted Industry Experience - i.e. Manufacturing, CI, Life Science/Public SectorIn this role you will be responsible for:Advise executives (e.g., CxO, VP, Director) on value and risk focused business and operational initiatives.Ensure delivery approaches and plans align with client needs and project objectives.Effectively manage client relationships and joint project teams.Ensure successful execution and quality delivery of client projects (including multi-workstream transformation programs).Earn the confidence and trust of clients at all levels of the organization (including executives).Ensure solutions and recommendations convey insights aligned with practice and client expectations.Build consensus across client stakeholders to enable successful project outcomes.Oversee management of project scope, resources, timelines, issues, risks, and budgets.Review, provide feedback, and approve client deliverables.Mentor junior consultants/analysts in techniques and methodology.Lead and support ongoing development of methodologies and new service offerings.Lead business development activities including opportunity identification and management; engage appropriate NTT DATA functions and teams to foster OneNTT approach.Establish a record of accomplishment of successful solution and/or transformation deployments.Support the creation of thought leadership and go-to-market materials.Qualifications for this role includes a suitable combination of experience, education, and training:Basic Qualifications:10+ years of management consulting experience (strategy, business, and operations focused, with enabling technology).Bachelor's degree from a leading institution in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, Operations Research, or related area.Deep functional expertise across multiple aspects of the procurement operating model and value chain.Strategic sourcing consulting experience with 20+ category projects.Strong executive presence with excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and presentation skills.Record of accomplishment leading challenging projects that delivered results (procurement focus).Critical thinker with strong data, analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience using both quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze procurement or supply chain data.Demonstrated experience developing relationships with executive stakeholders.Strong project management and delivery experience, including scope management, milestone tracking, budget oversight, and staffing of project teams.Adept at managing and developing high-performing, diverse consulting teams.Leadership and mentorship skills to develop junior consultants and analysts.Impeccable integrity, passion for supply chain consulting, creative, and energetic.Proven experience leading business development and go-to-market activities.Knowledge of procurement and supply chain trends.Demonstrated development of thought leadership.Flexible to travel based on project and client needs.Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple projects, tasks and/or initiatives simultaneously.Strong work ethic and high level of integrity.Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment.Ability to travel up to 50% in accordance with evolving guidelines, restrictions, and/or policies.Preferred Skills:Master's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.Sourcing & Procurement management consulting experience with Big 4 or Tier-2 consulting provider.Experience in advancing company brand through approved social media and/or published content.
