The resource may support and lead teams responsible for implementation of initiatives and state filing deliverables with high complexity that affects multiple functional areas within the division. Support state network filings and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance of standards through continuous reviews of the systems and supports the prioritization of divisional activities and tracks progress to goals.
**Please note the role is a hybrid schedule. 3 days in office / 2 remote.**
Required Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience OR 7 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience.Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills; strong oral, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback.Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization.Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.Analytical and information synthesis skills.Experience interpreting business and financial information.Verbal and written communication and organization skillsExperience with changing assignments and priorities.PC proficiency to include MS Office products.Preferred Job Qualifications:Health insurance or healthcare industry experienceStrong Knowledge ability to navigate and comprehend state regulatory guidelines.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint at intermediate to advance.Strong content writing skills.Experience recommending processes improvements and/or Project ManagementExperience completing compliance reports and SERFF State filings submissions.Ability to work independently and efficiently on assigned task and lead meetings.Ability to manage time to meet timeliness of deliverables.Are you being referred to one of our roles?
