What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Conduct research, analysis, and drafting related to justice and redress for human rights violations and atrocity crimesExplore universal jurisdiction frameworks and civil actions related to human rightsAnalyze the responsibilities of state and non-state actors under international criminal lawMonitor legal and political developments in key jurisdictions concerning human rights and accountabilityDraft various project outputs, including legal memos, briefs, and analytical pieces
What is Required (Qualifications):A law degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in international human rights, humanitarian law, or criminal lawExcellent writing skillsStrong interpersonal and diplomatic skillsHigh level of dedication, reliability, and commitmentAbility to work independently and solve problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Fluency in Arabic or other languages in addition to EnglishExperience in comparative law
