Analyze medical records for case relevance and strategy formulation.Client Representation:
Advocate for clients in court appearances and manage all aspects of trial preparation.Deposition and Hearing Participation:
Actively engage in depositions, conferences, hearings, and related litigation procedures.Expert Interaction:
Coordinate and communicate with medical experts to support case defense.Research and Analysis:
Conduct legal and medical research, ensuring a solid foundation for case arguments.Motion Drafting:
Prepare motions and other legal documents for court submission.Client Interaction:
Maintain strong client communication, fostering confidence and trust.Requirements
Bar Admission:
Licensed to practice law in New York.Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in medical malpractice or healthcare litigation.Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients.Education
Degree:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications
