OverviewThe main purpose of this role is to enable Network Design's Strategic Capabilities, including digital capabilities, advanced logic & configuration, and strategic internal & external insights, to maximize PepsiCo's service, efficiency & growth potential. The role will maximize the leverage of existing tools, while defining, designing the H2+ digital capabilities. The output of the role will enable the accelerated execution of the Network Design Engagement team program execution of detailed modelling of the End-to-End Value Chain scope - Agronomy, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transportation, Go To Market, Customers, and broader operating Partners.ResponsibilitiesNetwork Design Digital SolutionsOwn the Network Design digital solutions roadmap, orchestrating the seek, define, design, implement & enable the sustain of technical solutions - across medium (H2) to long (H3) terms, in partnership with IT capability teams.Ensure all digital capabilities within PepsiCo's ecosystem & strategic direction are leveraged by & from Network Design processes & digital applications.Integrate feedback from Network Design Engagement, Execution & Sustain leads, to define future needs definitions.Monitor industry digital & data trends.Own the relationship, collaboration, and leverage with IT capability teams.Logic & Configuration MaximizationOrchestrate the advanced integrated logic, and the ongoing configuration optimization to maximize existing tool impact across End-to-End modelling.Strategic Growth InsightsLead the Commercial aspirations base identification, for the Value Chain to be designed against.Strategic collaboration with Commercial teams (Global/Sector/BU) to translate holistic business & commercial strategies, & consumer insights into Network core inputs - detailed growth trajectories, sales channel needs, service unlocks, customer collaboration etc.Enable insights from consumers & key customers to enrich internal growth aspirations, including macro category trends, margin trends etc.Optimize the CAGR mapping & de-averaging, down to category, geography and channels.Strategic InsightsOrchestrate the infusion of strategic insights into the design approach of Network Design projects & process.Integrate feedback from Network Design Engagement, Execution & Sustain leads, to define insights generation workstreams, capability development & unlocks.Own the relationship, service leverage & insights infusion with:PepLabsPEP Global Data ScienceCustomer Value Chain ownersOwn the broader S&T strategy harmonization, as the SPOC to S&T Design resources.Build the regulatory enrichment framework to map future impacts & sensitivities of regulatory & taxation.Compensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $146,100 - $289,900.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
