Digital Security Coach
to provide security consulting and leadership for our Managed Services customers.This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.What will my role entail?Acting as a liaison between security clients and the Quisitive teamParticipating in new security implementations and planningConducting security advisement sessions including service discussions, license review and compliance requirementsManaging client security issues and requestsWorking with clients to improve their understanding of their security state and monitor the effectiveness of their tools and processesMonitoring and interpreting security and analytics tools, dashboards, and reportsAssisting with security architecture and adoption planning to optimize the value tools and licenses provide to the clientAnalyzing trends and making recommendations to improve client security related to external and internal threats, such as malware or data leakageGuiding client conversations to roadmap additional security and enhancement initiativesWhat's required?Strong business acumen and a credible, professional appearanceCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to develop productive customer/team relationships and work across functional boundariesAbility to effectively engage and influence business stakeholders, discern business needs and translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendationsAbility to take ownership of assignments and work independently (or in a team) to accomplish goalsAbility to successfully handle multiple work streams and embrace change in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to maintain composure and professionalism while managing to deadlines and shifting prioritiesA promoter of trust and teamworkExcellent presentation, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skillsStrong problem solving, decision making, time management and organizational skillsInnovative thinker with a desire and aptitude to always be learning and adapt to new business and/or functional conceptsAt least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft security products or features (Office 365, Group Policy, Azure, etc)General compliance awarenessBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceAbility to travel up to 10-15% periodicallyWhat else would set me apart?Experience working with Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)Experience working with Office 365 Security featuresExperience mapping Compliance and Security requirements to technical controls, such as PCI, or HIPAACompTIA Security+CEH: Certified Ethical HackerGSEC: SANS GIAC Security EssentialsCISSP: Certified Information Systems Security ProfessionalCISM: Certified Information Security ManagerWe are looking for curious initiative takers to join our team, so if you are passionate about being a leader and working with smart people that are committed to accomplishing great things, then apply today!Please, no third-party agency inquiries, and we are unable to offer visa sponsorships at this time.
