Position SummaryThis position will provide financial reporting and support for the Retail Store Payroll. The purpose of the role is to report weekly and monthly financial performance, as well as Forecasting and Budgeting for Store Payroll & Field Management organization. Many of these reports are a critical tool used by the leadership team to help manage the Financial and operational performance of the business. The individual will take an active role in identifying improvement opportunities and will partner cross functionally with business partners throughout the company. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate that is eager to learn the FP&A Payroll process and get experience presenting findings to leadership.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Budgeting/Forecasting Retail Operating Payroll, Non-Op Payroll, & Field Management
Reporting on Weekly & Monthly results vs Budget/Forecast
Maintenance of financial data sources
Effectively communicating results and findings to leadership
Proactively identify systemic improvement opportunities and work through implementation
Assist in various department projects in support of team goals
Required Qualifications
2+ years of financial reporting experience, preferably in a retail organization
1+ years of experience with PowerPoint and Excel Modeling
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a retail organization
1+ years of experience with Essbase, SAP, SQL
Education
Bachelor's Degree
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
