now and in the future.Summary:In this role, you will collaborate closely with the provider staff and the analytic solutions coordinator, supporting efforts to drive engagement and maximize value from Vizient's analytic solutions. This includes providing training, education, and ongoing support.Responsibilities:Provide support for product delivery initiatives for analytic products.Provide content expertise in analytic solution use, data output and data interpretation to identify variation in quality performance and clinical outcomes.Ensure providers have a successful customer service experience through partnership and proactive engagement.Introduce new provider organizations to Vizient analytic solution functionality via virtual platforms including one-to-one and one-to-many educational sessions.Build strong relationships with assigned providers and foster networking opportunities among other Vizient analytics solution users on topics related to strategic and quality initiatives.Collaborate with Vizient providers, Vizient team members, and IT on product enhancements, custom analytics, data mining and report generation.Provide Tier 2 support of analytical products, monitoring trends, and providing feedback to development teams.Coordinate with leaders in Data Management and Analytics to enhance products and services and improve operational, clinical, and financialperformance.Qualifications:Relevant degree in healthcare, business or related concentration preferred.2 or more years of relevant experience required.Ability to work in a collaborative setting, meet deadlines, balance multiple priorities, and achieve high levels of productivity while maintaining accuracy.Experience with clinical quality data and performance improvement initiatives or supply chain data in a healthcare environment desired.Clinical Data Base (CDB) and data analysis experience preferred.Healthcare software implementation, knowledge of relational databases, business intelligence tools, and training experience(EPIC, Cerner, McKesson, etc.) preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to a variety of audiences.Solid knowledge of all MS Office products highly preferred.Willingness to travel.Estimated Hiring Range:At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00. This position is also incentive eligible.Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
