In this role, you will be directly supporting the Director of DoD CIO Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Operations and the DIB Cybersecurity Program by supporting various projects from concept to completion. This program office requires a judicious application of limited resources to keep the projects on a productive path. That’s why we need you to help ensure success through analysis of requirements and effective communication.The goal of this position is to assist in implementing and maintaining organizational projects in support of your client’s strategy. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review DoD cybersecurity policy, organizational processes, inter-departmental procedures, and more. You’ll help with tactical planning and execution using resources like Microsoft 365 and regular interactions with Action Officers, Budget Analysts, Cyber Incident SMEs, Policy Analysts, and Contracting Officers.The real impact of project management comes from effective communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets customer expectations. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days a week on site at the Mark Center or Pentagon with the customer.Must Have:5+ years of experience working in a government environment, DoD preferredImpeccable professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to read, comprehend, and deconflict government cybersecurity policiesExperience serving as an advisor to upper-level government management (GS-14 to SES)Experience with general cybersecurity compliance for contractors with DoD contracts, especially FedRAMP, GovCloud and Azure, Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST SP 800-53/800-171, DISA STIG Program, and more.Experience supporting the development of program documentation and policiesExperience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall execution of programsExperience with conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs and providing management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plansA minimum of an active SECRET clearance, with ability to obtain TOP SECRET (TS/SCI)Bachelor's degree in a related fieldNice to Have:Cybersecurity certificates such as Security+, CISSP, etc.Knowledge of cybersecurity policy and practices as it pertains to DoD contractor companiesKnowledge of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Program and its impact across government entitiesExperience with the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience supporting DoD Program Management Offices
