When they are successful, we are successful!Responsibilities:Monitor and review financial transactions, processes, and reporting to ensure accurate royalty reporting throughout the system.Assist in the development and implementation of financial compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure brand requirements are met.Provide training and guidance on running monthly reports and capturing all transactions to ensure brand compliance on all royalty reports.Coordinate and support internal and external audits related to financial compliance issues.Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records related to financial compliance activities, findings, and remediation efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on best practices to ensure all income is reported and tracked.Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to strengthen financial compliance controls and practices.Monitor social media for closed transaction announcements.Conduct customer satisfaction calls to clients.Cross reference active listings and sales across multiple databases.Collection of closing statements on all transactions.Research, track and resolve any accounting and/or reporting issues.Compose and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.Sends out Welcome letters to new franchisees regarding royalty program.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree (B. A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or Associate's degree (A. A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software.Understanding of general accounting principles. The ability to work with confidential information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Interest in working in a financial environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail-oriented work. Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must have a proactive, self-motivated, can-do attitude.
