is seeking a mid-level commercial litigation associate to join a prominent law firm's commercial litigation group in Los Angeles.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience, preferably with clerkship and law firm experience, including managing cases and drafting pleadings and contested motions (such as motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and class certification briefing). Responsibilities also include taking depositions, propounding written discovery and responses, and arguing motions. Candidates with experience or demonstrated interest in complex litigation, particularly consumer class actions and other business litigation, are preferred. Experience in trademark and trade secret matters will also be considered. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are required.Qualifications:Minimum of three years of experience in commercial litigation.Experience managing cases and drafting pleadings and motions.Strong oral advocacy and communication skills.Interest in complex litigation, especially consumer class actions and business litigation.Experience in trademark and trade secret matters is a plus.Application Process:To apply, please upload a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and law school transcript in PDF format.
