You will utilize your clinical background and experience to deliver insightful data analysis which may include strategic recommendations, effective project management, performance improvements, and/or technical or operational consulting expertise.Responsibilities:Perform complex assessments and evaluate Indirect Spend Services at HCOs by interpreting results and providing recommendations to drive change.Collaborate with internal Indirect Spend Sourcing and other work streams to maximize Vizient's value.Identify possible upsell opportunities and discuss opportunities to solidify partnerships with providers.Act as a resource for less experienced consultants on data interpretation and storytelling.Develop and execute project plans that meet project schedule, budget and expected value, while utilizing project management methodology to guide work efforts.Create, maintain, and manage workplans for operational improvement.Oversee mid to senior-level provider relationships and expectations, addressing issues quickly and satisfactorily.Facilitate provider meetings and discussions, present recommendations to senior leadership.Outline a plan for developing or improving products/services/tools/methods in functional areas of focus.Leverage team members to participate in the creation of intellectual capital.Qualifications:Relevant clinical degree preferred. Advanced degree desired.5 or more years of relevant experience within an HCO required.Strong understanding of HCOs operations and financial planning required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required (i.e., analyze and interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights).Experience in an Operating Room or in Critical/Intensive Care desired.Experience in Healthcare Value Analysis preferred.Project management and solution delivery experience in health care, operations management or consulting preferred.Possess strong client-facing and group presentation skills.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business challenges.Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables.Equal Opportunity Employer:
