BSS Practice - Sr. Consultant / Lead ConsultantExperience:
12+Responsibilities:
Oversee large scale programs with a minimum of 14 years of experience.Understand Telecom Application Landscape across CSP Processes - Enterprise Services.Manage Telecom customers with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Drive Enterprise Telecom Business Solutions and Architecture delivery.Work in Consulting Advisory roles to help customers solve their business problems, particularly in the Telecom BSS area.Drive Solutioning & implementation of Telecom Transformation Programs.Participate in planning and high-level design of solutions and explore alternatives.Lead Application portfolio optimization (APO) and implementation of Telecom business-centric testing practices.Explore possibilities to modernize Telecom BSS stack, run POCs, and create business cases & proposals.Lead Technical Solutioning across BSS Application stack for HCL's Telecom Customers & Potential prospects RFx in the US.Generate leads and build capabilities through reusable asset creation.Mandatory Skills:
Strong IT experience in Telecom domain with BSS experience in Retail, Enterprise, and Wholesale LOB for the following areas:
Sales & CRMCPQCare & Self-HelpEnterprise Product CatalogOrder ManagementWorkflow ManagementMediation, Rating, Billing, OCSRevenue Assurance, Fraud ManagementEnterprise IntegrationsData & Analytics, Reporting & Dashboarding, Governance & Policy Management
Extensive experience in tactical and strategic product roll-out including technology recommendations, architecture, domain-driven solutions, API-led connectivity, risk management, fault tolerance, NFR, resilient architectures.Hands-on architecture design/consulting experience with (any 1) Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Sigma e2e BSS stack.Experience in customer advisory roles across BSS stack for 5+ years.Familiarity with eTOM/SID/TAM models and GSMA standards.Experience with TMF architecture & integration standards - ODA, NaaS, Open API.Experience in e-commerce and omni-channel transformations, customer experience.Strong experience in business architecting and designing IT solutions with enterprise integrations, legacy modernization, and functional consolidation.Preferred Experience/Skills:
Certifications: TOGAF 9 Certified, TMF Certifications.Skill (Primary):
