The global source-to-pay team offers sourcing and purchasing support for all aspects of Adobe's business operations worldwide. This full-time position will be preferably based in the United States in our Lehi, UT office. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can make a significant impact on our business operations.The successful candidate will work with the compliance teams to intake, triage, and route deals, including new vendors. They will also collaborate with risk teams to assess and mitigate risk and to develop standard methodologies for various workflows. In addition, the successful candidate will lead the review, drafting, and approval of procurement services agreements primarily in the technology category, including SaaS and strategic partnership agreements and conduct initial privacy assessments on agreements within the category and collaborate with privacy specialists on blocking issues. Lastly, the successful candidate will collaborate and coordinate with sales, finance, procurement, marketing, engineering, and business unit teams to support revenue, process transactions, and address corporate policies/processes and legal issues as they arise.What You Need to SucceedJ.D. from an accredited law school and necessary bar membership.8+ years of relevant experience (e.g., software licensing, supporting clients in the cloud-based services industry, leading sophisticated deal negotiations).Knowledge of privacy and data security issues and compliance.Proficient at drafting and negotiating transactional agreements (preferably software license agreements).Proven ability to succinctly frame complex legal issues and communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.Problem-solving capabilities, good business instincts, and practical advice.Consistent record of forming and encouraging relationships.Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, be a creative problem solver, have business instincts, and drive to provide solutions.A desire to support, help develop, and instill confidence in team members.A positive and optimistic demeanor.At Adobe, we believe in an inclusive and collaborative work environment. The U.S. pay range for this position is $158,200 -- $303,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
