Join our Environment and Health department as our new Managing Consultant and work with our team to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleWe are seeking a senior professional with data center development experience and a solid background in due diligence and land development to join our Seattle office.Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:Provide project oversight and direction for technical due diligence projects involving selection of data center development sites throughout the US.Assess and draw conclusions from a wide range of real estate, engineering, construction, policy, planning, and business development considerations.Review and prioritize risk-based mitigation recommendations covering a variety of technical topic areas relating to development and operation of data centers.Present assessment results to clients, Ramboll staff, subconsultants, stakeholders and leaders to drive alignment on risk management strategies.Identify opportunities for process improvement, driving efficiencies, and developing initiatives to improve client risk management.Develop and monitor internal metrics, goals, and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.Draw upon prior experience to provide advisory support to industry, government, and legal clients, helping them to achieve better, more sustainable outcomes.Your new teamAs part of the Environments and Health team, you will be part of a creative group, filled with people who are really excited about solving clients’ problems and creating sustainable solutions for them.
