We are recruiting for a Business Process Improvement Consultant who will manage projects to include providing recommendations and execution for the following areas: streamlining and simplifying business processes, corporate action management, benchmarking and program metrics, data management, surveys, and assistance with business reporting and analytics.Responsibilities

Provide assistance to support strategic policy assessments and program development.Prepare briefings and related materials for reporting to leadership across the Sponsor's enterprise.Support coordination among disparate projects and government teams to drive quality outcomes and facilitate technical progress toward the strategic objectives of the organization.Experience with AGILE methodologies to work with project team Scrum Masters to track strategy implementation progress and provide office leadership with potential options that leverage industry leading practices for establishing more lean agile approaches.Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business process improvement related discipline.Experience coordinating and integrating disparate projects across multiple government teams.Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills sufficient for responses to corporate actions, substantive research topics, and issues to a wide range of technical and non-technical customers, co-workers, and managers.Ability to manage competing priorities and work requirements by continuously evaluating the needs of the organization's mission against ongoing work; and planning/scheduling their own work and that of the unit.Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.Company EEO Statement
