.Responsibilities
1. Provides transportation for employees/visitors by driving the designated shuttle routes. Gives information, directions, and assists when needed with boarding and de-boarding the shuttle2. Monitors activity on the parking lots and various areas; reporting suspicious activity to Safety and Security. Responsible for cleaning the shuttle, interior and exterior. Responsible for making certain that the fuel supply of the shuttle is maintained.3. Conducts random, but frequent, patrols in his/her assigned area to detect and appropriately respond to safety and/or security issues.Qualifications
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:1. Minimum education level of High School diploma.2. Valid Ohio Operator's License with no more than one violation and/or at-fault accident in previous two years. No more than two violations/at fault accidents in previous 3 years.3. Ability to be proficient in the safe operation of Security shuttle vehicles.4. Ability to read and comprehend hospital/departmental policies and procedures and regulatory publications.5. Sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all persons, regardless of position, ethnicity, sex, age, or economic status.Minimum Physical Requirements:No physical limitations to preclude driving (constant).The above list of duties is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this classification.It is not to be construed as an exhaustive list of duties performed by the individual so classified, nor is it intended to limit or modify the right of any supervisor to assign, direct, and control the work of employees under his/her supervision.EOE M/F/Disability/VetNeed help finding the right job?
