Our tech stack is housed in the public cloud and we are on an ambitious journey to build a state-of-the-art ecosystem for a modern credit card processing platform.What You'll Do:Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, and implement technical solutionsWork with a team of developers experienced in machine learning, distributed microservices, and full stack systemsUtilize programming languages like Java, Scala, Python, and cloud-based data warehousing servicesStay on top of tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and mentor other members of the engineering communityCollaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutionsPerform unit tests and code reviews to ensure high-quality code design and performanceBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeAt least 3 years of application development experienceAt least 1 year of experience in big data technologiesPreferred Qualifications:5+ years of application development experience including Python, SQL, Scala, or Java2+ years of experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)3+ years experience with Distributed data/computing tools2+ years experience working on Real Time data and streaming applications2+ years of data warehousing experience2+ years of experience with NoSQL implementation3+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux and Agile engineering practices
