We develop state-of-the-art user-centric citizen touchpoints, custom front-end applications and collaborative orchestration software, delivering premium customer experiences and high-quality services to our customers.As a QA Automation, what are you going to do?Lead quality assurance efforts for mobile app projects, overseeing the entire QA lifecycle from requirements analysis through to deployment and post-launch monitoring.Design and implement quality processes specifically tailored to mobile app development, including test strategies, automation frameworks, and performance benchmarks.Execute a wide range of testing activities, including functional, usability, performance, and security testing for iOS and Android platforms. Utilize both manual and automated testing methods.Ensure that mobile apps meet platform-specific guidelines and perform well across different devices, screen sizes, and OS versions. Address issues related to app crashes, slow performance, and user interface inconsistencies.Work closely with mobile developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to understand requirements, provide feedback, and resolve quality issues efficiently.Investigate and diagnose issues reported by users or identified during testing. Utilize root cause analysis to implement fixes and prevent future occurrences.Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports. Provide regular updates on quality metrics, test coverage, and overall app performance.Verify that mobile apps comply with platform guidelines (e.g., App Store and Google Play policies) and meet security and privacy standards.What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field1-5 years of experience in quality assurance for mobile apps, with a proven track record in both manual and automated testing for iOS and Android platformsExpertise in mobile app testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium, Postman, Newman).Experience of using development tools to test Mobile applications;Strong knowledge of mobile app development processes and lifecycle.Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Understanding of mobile performance metrics and debugging techniques.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Certification in Quality Engineering or Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile apps.Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools and user experience testing methods.
