Maintenance Electrician | 1st Shift Industrial Maintenance Electrician Join Our Team We're looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to keep our operations running smoothly If you have experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, and you're ready for a hands-on, impactful role, this is your opportunity. What You'll Do: Electrical: Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v , including relays, control panels, motors , and more. Mechanical: Perform repairs on key machinery like coating rooms, ovens, conveyors , and pumps , plus maintain pneumatics, hydraulics, motors , and more. Building Maintenance: Handle basic building upkeep, including painting and plumbing . Welding: Use your skills in MIG and Stick welding on mild/cold rolled steel . Machining: Use Bridgeport Mills and Lathes for basic machining tasks. Installation & Blueprints: Install machinery and equipment, plus read and interpret blueprints to ensure precision. What You Bring: A strong background in industrial maintenance , with expertise in both electrical and mechanical work . Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems, plus handle welding, machining , and building maintenance . Proven experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Pay & Shifts: $32.47/hr with an extra $0.40/hr for off-shift work. 2 openings available join a growing, unionized team (United Steel Workers). Schedule: Currently 3 AM - 3 PM, with occasional weekends (prep for 2025) and flexibility in hours (40-72 hours/week on average).
