job summary:About the Role
Join our team as an
Allegro IT Lead
to oversee and manage IT operations for wholesale applications in the utilities and commodity trading sectors. This role is essential in handling Allegro systems, managing incident resolution, and ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee IT operations, including month-end activities and batch processes.
Lead incident resolution and act as the main business contact for critical incidents.
Manage release cycles, including change approvals and security patching.
Lead onshore/offshore teams and maintain reporting metrics for leadership.Qualifications
Allegro ERTM : 5 years of experience.
Commodity Trading Knowledge : 5 years in Power, Gas, Coal, and Nuclear markets.
Leadership : 8+ years in IT management, with experience in complex implementations.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field.Location : Irving, TX (Onsite)

Manage incident and problem resolution processes.
Oversee end-of-day batch processes and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Manage month/year-end activities and support critical business processes.
Manage on/off cycle releases and secure change management approvals.
Act as a business point of contact for any critical incident.
Manage onshore and offshore day-to-day work.
Participate in audits and coordinate security patching activities.
Report status and metrics to client and client leadership.qualifications:
Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 5 years of experienceEducation: Bachelors (required)
