Details:Practice Setting: Inpatient and OutpatientReason for Coverage: Coverage while we recruit for full-time Oncologists Dates of Coverage: asap upon credentialing Patient Population for Required Coverage: AdultNumber of Physicians in Practice: 3Will There be Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? yes we have 4 full-time Radiation OncologistsHow Many APPs Provide Coverage: 5 full-time APsClinical Area: Hematology - Outpatient Setting Oncology - Outpatient Setting Oncology - Inpatient Setting Hematology - Inpatient SettingTrauma Level/Designation Hospital: Community Hospital Documentation System/EMR: Epic Facility will reimburse for the following costs: Flight Hotel Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard RateEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 1 month***Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.***
