Technology Business Systems Consultant
to join our team in
Charlotte ,

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead production implementation of complex projects/initiatives impacting one or more lines of business or across EnterprisePlan and direct complex project schedules and budget, monitoring project status in comparison to cost/time projectionsWork with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiativesProvide consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, cost analysis, and significant issue management and resolutionDevelop required project artifacts and implementation plans and adherence to processDevelop and/or maintain documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guidesParticipate in production outage assessments and remediation activities, including troubleshooting, documentation and communications.Lead and/or participate in postmortem process that identifies process failures, recommending and implementing improvementsUnderstands compliance & risk management requirements for supported area & works with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesCommunicate with business partners and technology management, often at senior management levelWorks closely with scrum teams and various Enterprise partnersRequired Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education7+ years' experience in Leading production implementation of complex projects/initiatives impacting one or more lines of business or across Enterprise5 years of experience with 24x7 production support experience supporting Online Banking applications4+ years Agile experienceWork in the office 3 days a week minimallyDesired Qualifications:
Experience working with teams in dispersed locations.Experience with managing and coordinating applications Cloud migrations.Ability to work weekends, holidays, after hours as needed.Experience with migrating data centers a plus.
