Through self-study, hands-on projects, and guided mentorship, you'll receive the training and support necessary to establish your own business and build a fulfilling career.WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:Hourly Wage: $18.29/hour during the trainee period, lasting up to 30 days.Upon finishing the trainee phase, you'll be promoted to Financial Representative with an annual base salary of $36,000 plus unlimited sales incentives.A $1,000 bonus upon successful completion of the trainee period and promotion.An education-focused Accelerator Program that facilitates your transition to an independent Financial Advisor.Comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and a 6% company match.Earn up to 15 days of vacation each year as a regular associate working 40 hours a week.Enjoy 11 paid holidays in 2025, including 2 floating holidays for personal use.Access sick leave through personal time, with up to 40 hours available for regular associates working 40 hours a week in 2025, prorated based on your start date.Please note that applicants for this position must not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Participate in a comprehensive program to develop skills for providing holistic financial advice to clients, engaging in discussions and goal-setting activities.Gain valuable direct sales experience by marketing Individual Insurance products to clients and passing a sales process competency test.Cultivate prospecting skills through research, targeting, networking, and communication across personal networks, community events, and social media.Acquire an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, demonstrating expertise in their features and benefits.Oversee the completion of proposals, content, and paperwork to ensure a seamless application and underwriting process.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:Successfully meet all trainee program requirements, acquiring necessary skills and knowledge.Obtain the required insurance licenses prior to starting the position, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.Pass the CRD/FINRA background check upon hire and maintain good standing, with securities licensing required within 24 months of program entry.Be highly self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Be willing to travel up to 50% of the time, possess a valid U.S. driver's license, and have reliable transportation for meetings and appointments.Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, valuing different perspectives and fostering a curious mindset.PREFERRED:Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, including products and marketing practices.A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.We value diverse experiences, skills, and a passion for innovation.
