Job Description (Posting).
JD: 11x Experienced Linux Administrator with a preference of experience in installing and administrating Openshift, Redis and Elastic. Also, the below mentioned skills are good to have in some cases this will help to narrow down the resources. Understanding of Public Cloud and container-based platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, and Redhat OpenShift Terraform programming for automating installation Knowledge on integrating Observability tools like Splunk, Prometheus and ELK. Build scripts using Linux scripting, Python, and configuration languages like YAML/JSON Knowledge of virtualization management in VMware (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
