Description & Requirements We are seeking a Senior SAP Tester to join our team supporting our Internal Revenue Service (IRS) client. Position is remote in U.S. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform systems analysis, documenting and executing testing, and defect tracking. - Coordinate with IPT members to execute and document test activities. - Provide direction, guidance and mentoring to other project testing team members. - Lead and coordinate meetings with the team and client. - Help in establishing and standardizing project processes, develop uniformity and consistency across testing teams. - Participate in proposal writing. - Participate in workshops, Agile/Scrum/Sprints, User Stories. - Analyze Requirements, Risk Assessment, QA Validation - Reporting and analytics. - Vendor/customer research and requirements pertaining to Supply Chain. - Defect analysis, tracking, reporting, and resolution. - Integration Testing, Targeted Testing, and Regression Testing including the creation and writing of Test Plans, Test Scripts, Use Case. - Manage system readiness from Test environment through Production. - Manage Workflow systems and Workflow documentation. - Work as and with End Users to implement system/system updates and changes. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Project Specific Qualifications: - Ten (10) years of related experience. - An additional four (4) years of related experience can substitute for degree requirement. - Experience testing SAP applications/modules including SAP R/3, SAP ECC 6.0 CRM, BW, SD, PS, FICO, FM, MM, PP, PM, WM, HR, BASIS, SAP Security, and SAP S/4HANA. - Experience testing SAP applications/modules for Federal government projects. - Experience with testing tools including QTP, JIRA, Worksoft, TFS, and Selenium/Cucumber/Gherkin. - Experience working within Agile, Waterfall and ITIL methodologies. - Experience using Tableau and MS Office Suite including Visio, MS Project and Sharepoint. - Exposure to these languages ABAP, SQL, CSS and web building tools, XML, HTML, JavaScript, Visual Basic, PHP, Basic, C++, JAVA, RPG II & III, COBOL II to troubleshoot test scripts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with IBM Rational Tool Suite including EWM and Quality Manager. - Experience with 508 Compliance testing tools such as Dragon and JAWS. - Exposure to Erwin. Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. Minimum Salary $ 135,000.00 Maximum Salary $ 148,000.00
