Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective to manage various project’s scope and timeline for the respective agile team.Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration with product owners and program managers to handle backlogs and new requests.Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.Help teams implement changes effectively.Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.May play a hybrid role of a Project Manager & Scrum Master.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

6+ years of experience as a Certified/Professional Scrum Master with expert knowledge in Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, XP tools, etc., with proven experience leading mobile app or frontend-focused projects.Experienced with promoting the values of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict management, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency, specifically within mobile and frontend development teams.Exceptional interactive and collaboration skills along with experience in building high-performance teams, with a focus on mobile app and frontend developers.Required Skills:

Knowledge of other Agile approaches such as XP, Kanban, FDD, TDD, SAFe, DAD, Nexus, LeSS, and scrum@scale.Knowledge of Agile technology practices such as DevOps, Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, with practical experience applying these practices in mobile or frontend projects.Familiarity with mobile development frameworks and frontend technologies (iOS, Android, React, Angular, etc.).Knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Rally, with experience managing mobile or frontend project sprints using these tools.Life at Capgemini
