Description
Be a part of Everi's FinTech Loyalty Services team helping to support loyalty products in casinos nationwide! You'll be an integral part of the team helping to ensure Everi products within the casino are functioning at their full potential. If you have great customer service, problem solving, and communication this is the role for you!
What Will You Be Doing?
Exercises discretion and independent judgment in configuring, monitoring, and testing software applications.Partner with internal teams on deployment activities, including software version updates, bug fixes, patches, enhancements, installations, troubleshooting support, development and distribution of software guides, and remote management support.Exercises discretion and judgment resolving customer issues or difficulties in a manner consistent with Everi best practices; developing necessary actions ensuring optimal levels of customer satisfaction provides appropriate customer support and success.Serves as point of contact for communications with customers and internal teams; communicates software errors and recommends improvements for product development.Customarily and regularly performs hardware testing and software quality assurance / acceptance testing.Follows departmental procedures meeting customer and client needs in an innovative and resourceful manner.Regularly provides technical assistance to product / project engineering client success, help desk and training teams.Learning to develop an expert level of product knowledge and respective applications.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in a related field requiredUp to 3 years of experience working with software and hardware in a complex business and system environmentAdvanced Microsoft Windows backgroundExperience in writing SQL queriesSome experience in programming, helping with debugging, and troubleshooting issues (Note this is not a developer role)Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skillsAbility to work independently without much supervisionPrior experience in gaming industry is preferred
