At TFS, you will help create best-in-class customer experiences in an innovative, collaborative environment.TFSB Information Security LeadPlano, TXWho we’re looking forThe Toyota Financial Services Information Security Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated TFSB Information Security Lead.Reporting to the TFSB Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), the person in this role will be vital in developing and delivering the information security risk management framework and identifying themes to help drive activities to mitigate risks. The role will serve as a liaison to the business to proactively analyze the impact of identified risks on the organization’s information assets and conduct regular risk assessments to evaluate potential threats and vulnerabilities. A successful candidate will directly interact with a broad cross-section of senior personnel to aid in leading business and information technology owners through methods of securing Bank data.This role is hybrid in nature, with a mix of in-office days and some days working remotely; this could change in the future based on business needs. Candidates are expected to live within a commutable distance to Plano, TX.What you’ll be doingManage the execution of risk assessments of information systems and infrastructure; develop appropriate risk treatment and mitigation options; and effectively articulate findings and recommendations to IT project teams and management.Collaborate with business units across Toyota Financial Services Technology Data and Security teams, Global Information Security Group (GISG), and third-party vendors to provide guidance on security controls for managing risk for the Bank.Clearly communicate current/emerging security threats and Information Security regulatory requirements (banking specific and Toyota global) to the business at the appropriate level.Maintain highly developed knowledge of information security best practices and cyber technologies that can be applied for the purposes of risk mitigation.Aid in building and maintaining an information Security-conscious culture across the Bank.What you bringCore understanding of the banking specific Information Technology & Security regulations.Familiarity with FDIC and FFIEC Examination Handbooks.Minimum 5 years previous experience in Information Security as a Security Architect, Security Manager, Information Security Risk Analyst, or equivalent.Understanding of FFIEC, GLBA and SOX and their applicability to technologies and applications and privacy laws (GDPR & CCPA).Ability to engage with executive leadership to communicate cyber risk and encourage prioritization of security initiatives.Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.Added bonus if you haveRelevant security certification (CISSP or CISM).A solid background with experience in managing system delivery, including SDLC and security tools and technologies.Advanced degree with a concentration in an IT related area.Experience as a leader of a technical organization with operational responsibility.What we’ll bringDuring your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
