Role: SAP EWM AMS Consultant Lead - W2
Location: Normal, Illinois - Onsite
Experience: Automotive, Application Maintenance System
Experience: 8-10 years
Responsibilities:
Lead the application maintenance services for SAP EWM, ensuring high availability and performance.
Manage a team of EWM support analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application issues.
Develop and implement best practices for application support and maintenance.
Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues.
Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams for enhancements and upgrades.
Coordinate with offshore team in IST and CST times with optimal time utilization.
Drive weekly meetings with customers on open incidents and backlog, performing RCA for critical issues.
Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management.
Assist in the creation of Knowledge Transfer (KT) documents.
Lead war room sessions to reduce backlogs and achieve SLA.
Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to application processes and configurations.
Facilitate user training and provide support to end-users.
Resolve complex tickets and service requests enhancement in EWM modules, covering inbound processes like deconsolidation and repacking, RFUI, put away, HU management, quality management, internal processes of stock movements, PI, outbound processes for sales order, STO deliveries, TU integration, queue management, lineside replenishments, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in SAP EWM application support and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in SAP EWM or related areas is a plus.
