We are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant (Technical Integrations) who will provide clients with technical expertise for our IPMS systems, perform data migrations, advance configuration and integration activities as a part of our consultancy service for customers. Core to this role is to be able to analyze business requirements and keep a good client focus. Daily tasks will be in writing customer specific features, creation and maintaining configuration scripts. This role requires strong skills in Microsoft SQL.
The Senior Implementation Consultant (Technical Integrations) will be working closely with the implementation team which is responsible for implementing new clients and servicing existing clients. The role will also include building close relationships with the software development team, which is responsible for the development of the product. This is accomplished by continually learning new technology and establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers. A thorough understanding of databases and business process mapping is expected. In this role, you must be able to work with implementation consultants (end users) to analyze, document and make recommendations on business processes.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
7+ years’ experience in Microsoft SQL
Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).
Strong focus on quality and service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail required.
Excellent teamwork skills with ability to work on a team with other business professionals in a friendly, focused environment along with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
IT related degree or related experience.
Experience with software implementation or software consulting or working closely with implementation teams.

Experience in SalesForce as an Administrator or Architect.
Experience of Intellectual Property and/or legal industries.
Experience of working with a Legal /Partner environment.
Experience of working in Microsoft Azure.
Experience in development tools, such as ASP.Net C# development in Visual Studio, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Experience of Microsoft SSIS.
Knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications such as Access, Visio, Teams, SharePoint365.
What will you be doing in this role?
Assist the implementation team with providing estimates for data migration, data updates and other technical client requests.
Support the implementation team with data migrations and data updates.
Handle configuration requests and provide quick and efficient solutions.
Understand development and production environments as well as technical architectures. This includes databases, web services and integration software.
Anticipate problems and provide solutions.
Take ownership of software defect tracking through documenting ‘bugs’, researching issues, validating fixes and communicating results.
Transfer knowledge of business processes, suggest improvements and requirements to other co-workers.
Provide timely and accurate reports that adhere to standards on project status to stakeholders.
Follow a thorough quality assurance process through the various phases of testing – including system testing. Develop system test plans, user acceptance test criteria with the customer.
About the Team
This role will work as part of our IPMS Implementation team which consists of Consultants and Project Managers based across the EMEA region.
Hours of Work
Full-time, permanent role based out of our Barcelona, Belgrade, Munich, Graz or Ann Arbor offices on a hybrid basis, 2-3 days per week in the office.
