Works closely with leadership to review, research, assess, analyze and implement strategic initiatives, projects and development initiatives involving the coordination of complex multiple service lines and programs with competing interests.Partner with sponsors to manage projects and initiatives throughout the entire plan-do-check-act (PDCA) cycle by resolving risks, anticipating and solving issues and allocating and managing budgets and other related resources. Collaborate with business development staff to create vision, pro-forma analysis and recommended steps required to position services for growth and to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives. Prepare and deliver communication initiatives for intended audiences including employees, leadership, Operations Team, Strategic Planning Group and others as required.Required Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in health administration, business or health-related field. Minimum four years related experience in consulting, strategic planning, business development and or project management. Minimum two years experience working in a complex health care setting. Demonstrated successful experience working with internal management, external vendors, consultants and other purchased services.Required CredentialsN/A.PreferredMaster’s Degree in healthcare administration, business administration or health-related field. Six years progressive experience in consulting, strategic planning and or business development. Demonstrated successful experience leading complex change management in an organizational setting. General knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, CPI and or Kaizen experience.Compensation Range$104,797.00 - $157,195.00 per yearSalary InformationThis compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year).
