Draft, respond to, and manage all facets of written discovery.Depositions:
Conduct and defend depositions with clear communication and strategy.Motions & Court Proceedings:
Prepare, present, and argue motions in court; attend hearings and participate in mediation and arbitration sessions.Trial Preparation:
Assist in preparing documentation and strategy for trial proceedings.Client Relations:
Maintain exceptional standards of client service, providing frequent updates and clear communication.Legal Documentation:
Produce comprehensive pleadings, custom-made for individual cases, avoiding repetitive or template-based approaches.Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in law and motion, litigation, and direct client interaction.Self-motivation:
Ability to manage tasks independently, with minimal supervision.Teamwork Orientation:
Demonstrated experience working within a collaborative team environment.Client Service Commitment:
A philosophy that prioritizes outstanding client communication and service.Education
Juris Doctor (JD)
degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
