Duties
Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, including preparing and trying casesConduct legal research and draft legal documents, motions, and briefsManage a caseload independently, ensuring timely completion of all tasksDirect support staff on clerical and administrative matters related to case handlingUtilize technological tools for electronic document management and courtroom presentationsParticipate in client meetings and provide strategic legal counsel on case handlingRequirements
Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in insurance defensePrior jury trial experience in civil or criminal cases preferredProficient in technology for lawsuit handling, including electronic document management systemsWell-organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented settingEducation
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law schoolCertifications
Active license to practice law in FloridaMember in good standing with the Florida BarSkills
