Job SummaryWe are immediately hiring for an experienced Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialist in the Pacific Northwest market. The Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialist will perform daily Site Acquisition duties, related to lease negotiations with landlords and zoning with jurisdictions, in accordance with Company objectives.

What You Will DoProvide site identification, qualification and lease negotiation services for wireless telecommunication sitesPrepare, submit and present permit applications for wireless telecommunication sitesDemonstrated understanding of real estate acquisition and leasing principles, leasing experience in the wireless telecom industry preferredAccess to personal, reliable vehicle and ability to physically operate vehicle safely; valid driver’s license, personal insurance coverage and acceptable driving record is requiredKnowledge and understanding about basic RF design, construction, site identification and local land use planning issuesExperience in filing zoning applications and making presentations at zoning hearings.Experience reading, interpreting zoning codes and regulations.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. What You Will NeedExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail5+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel2+ years’ experience working in Site AcquisitionDemonstrated understanding of cell site zoning principles; zoning experience in the wireless telecom industry preferred.Prior experience in wireless site deploymentAdept at real estate transactionsStrong oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage own workload and deliverables with minimal supervision under strict timelinesAbility to work irregular hours, including occasional evening and weekend work, when necessaryWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit at a computer workstation and work for prolonged periods; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.Position TypeThis is a full-time position.
