Phone/SkypeResponsibilities:Lead MES Plant Services, overseeing operations and coordinating tasks.Provide first and second-level technical support for MES applications.Monitor system performance, perform updates, backups, and patch management.Manage user accounts and permissions.Develop and deliver training programs, maintain documentation.Collaborate with IT and operations teams for system integration and improvement.Ensure data accuracy, generate and analyze reports.Support MES-related projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Skills Required:10+ years of IT support experience within MES or manufacturing environments in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.Familiarity with MES software solutions (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider Electric) and ERP integration.Proficiency in troubleshooting software/hardware issues and database management (e.g., SQL).Knowledge of networking principles and system administration.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.Additional Information
